COVID-19 Update

Dear clients,

As of Thursday March 19th, 2020 we are again modifying our hospital policies and procedures to keep everyone as safe as possible during the current pandemic. At this time, only hospital personnel will be permitted inside the hospital building. This will allow us to provide excellent care for your pet while minimizing the risk of close person to person interaction.

If your pet is ill or needs other veterinary care, please call ahead and make an appointment time. When you get to the hospital, please remain in your vehicle and call us.  Veterinary hospital staff will meet you in the parking lot and bring your pet(s) into the hospital for examination while you remain in your vehicle.  When the exam is complete, the Veterinarian will phone you to discuss the best care options and make a treatment plan with you to care for your pet. We will review the invoice with you over the phone or by text/email. Payment can be made by e-transfer or by our mobile debit/credit machine. When your pet is ready to go home, we will bring the pet out to your vehicle along with any needed medication and dietary supplements.

If you need prescriptions refilled or pet food, please call ahead and we will get what you need ready for you. When you arrive at the hospital to pick up your medication/food, please call us and we will bring your order out to your vehicle. Payment can be made via e-transfer ahead of time, or via mobile debit/credit machine.

There are always exceptional circumstances, such as euthanasia, which can modify hospital policy. Please call us to discuss if needed.
